How long does my order take to ship?
Great question! I usually need about two weeks to weave the magic, wrap your book in love, and get it in your hands! Good things come to those who wait… and trust me, it’ll be worth it!
How about Wholesale order shipping times?
For our Indie Bookstores and book clubs, shipping takes a bit longer, about 4 to 6 weeks.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not quite yet; the dragons are still mastering the art of international travel. But don’t fret! Join my email list to be the first to hear when we spread our wings beyond borders.
What is your return policy?
I pour my heart and soul into delivering books that you’ll be proud to have on your shelf. But if your book arrives looking like the mail person ran it over, I’m not going to leave you hanging. Here’s how I handle returns for significantly damaged books.
What Counts as “Significant Damage?”
While I do not allow returns for minor damage or if you changed your mind, I am happy to fix the issue for the following:
Torn/missing pages which affect readability
Water damage that causes mold, warped pages, or stains
Broken binding
Deep dents or large tears in cover
Printing errors, like out of order pages or missing text.
Minor cosmetic imperfections, improper handling or storage resulting in damage, and buyers remorse are not acceptable reasons for returns.
Requesting a Return
To request a return, please email me at ceceliafarmerbooks@gmail.com within one week of delivery. Clearly describe the issues as well as provide photos of the damage supporting your claim.
All claims are processed and notified of the outcome within 2 weeks.
